“On September 3, a driver lost control of his car and caused an accident which resulted in considerable damage to our home and car. Thankfully, there were no major injuries, but the event was very stressful. We worked with our home-owners insurance company and your staff on the repairs to our home. All members of your staff were professional and performed high quality work. Of equal importance, the level of customer service was excellent. They all worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. In specific, the project coordinator, Nina, was outstanding. Nina was consistently well organized and will work was performed to our satisfaction in accordance with the schedule. She was receptive to any modifications we requested. She was very flexible in order to accommodate our needs. Nina’s communications were timely and she responded to all of my questions/concerns. She explained the project sequence with details related to the required steps involved and the time requirements for each process. We enjoyed working with all of your staff, but Nina is a real asset to your company. We want you to know how much we appreciate the quality workmanship and the level of customer service that your company provided during a very difficult time. “

They came out to my house, replaced the floor, bathtub and shower, along with everything else that was damaged by the water. “When I had water damage to my home, I contacted Mark Scott Construction for the repairs. They responded quickly, explained to me how the repairs would be made and then scheduled their workmen in a timely manner. The men who came to do the repairs were very professional in their work methods. They even had a man come out on a Saturday to install my new hot water heater, which I certainly appreciated. One of the things I enjoyed about their workmen was the respect they showed for my home and me. I heard no foul language or loud music etc. Each crew, at the end of the day explained to me they had done and told me who would be coming the next day for another phase of repairs. I highly recommend Mark Scott Construction for any work that you may need to have done to your home.”
